Valve Ball with Tube Welded Inside

Shineway hollow valve ball is made by steel coil welding structure which is generally suitable for ball valves with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 5.0MPA (CLASS300). This kind of valve body is light in weight and the inner cavity is easy to process, but special attention should be paid to the arrangement of the ribs in the design to prevent the body cavity from deforming.
